FLORENCE, S.C. – Lees-McRae women's tennis continued its road trip with a decisive 6-1 win at Francis Marion on Friday.

Rhidaim Yang all earned victories in their singles matches.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Bobcats collected the doubles point with a sweep of the three doubles matches. Ivanova and Sanchez started the day with a 6-4 win at No. 1 singles. Begum Gumussoy and Yang claimed the point for Lees-McRae with a 6-2 decision at No. 2 singles.
- Lina Ngassi Saqout and Noor continued the momentum at No. 3 doubles with a 6-3 win over Julia Pinto and Sophia Hansen.
- Noor, Sanchez, and Yang all recorded straight-set victories at No. 1, 2, and 3 singles for the Bobcats.
- Gumussoy used a super tiebreaker for the three-set victory over Francis Marion's Pinto, 6-2, 4-6, 1-0 (10-2).
