SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Lees-McRae women's tennis continued its win streak in Conference Carolinas play with a 6-1 victory at Converse on Thursday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Bobcats secured the doubles point with victories on courts No. 1 and 3. Anita Ivanova and Pati Vedia Sanchez collected the 6-3 win at No. 1 doubles and Miranda Noor and Lina Ngassi Saqout registered the point with a 7-5 decision at No. 3 doubles.
- Sanchez continued the momentum with a 7-5, 6-3 win at No. 1 singles and Noor followed at No. 3 singles with a 7-6 (4), 6-1 victory over Natalie White.
- Saqout used a three-set victory, 5-7, 7-5, 6-1, at No. 5 singles for the fourth point for the Bobcats. Ivanova tallied the fifth point with a comeback victory at No. 4 singles, 4-6, 6-2, 10-5.
