WATERLOO, Wis – Lees-McRae men's cycling freshman
Manolo Wrolich was crowned the 61st national champion in program history on Saturday afternoon at the 2025 USA Cycling Collegiate Road National Championships in Waterloo, Wisconsin.

NOTABLES:
- Wrolich earned the individual title in the Road Race on Saturday afternoon after joining a six-man breakaway and sprinted to the finish line.
- Shay Wright placed 24th in Saturday's road race. Phillip Naude followed in 33rd with Nicholas Van Rooyen, Jackson McLean, Max Chilsen, Peter Swinand, and David Schuster rounding out the Bobcats in today's race.
- On the women's side, Tessa Greep led the Bobcats with a 33rd individual finish. Mariana Rinaldo took 43rd overall and Jordan Austin placed 48th.
- On Friday, McLean, Naude, Van Rooyen, Wrolich collected a seventh-place finish in the Men's Varsity Team Time Trial.
