BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae College Director of Cycling
Tim Hall announced the addition of Omar Wilson to the 2025-26 class for the men's cycling program.
Wilson comes to Lees-McRae from Howick, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa where he attended St. Charles College and raced in his primary discipline of mountain biking. Wilson has medaled at both the African Continental Championships as well as the South African National Championships.
He intends to study Exercise Science at Lees-McRae and rides as a privateer in South Africa.
