LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Lees-McRae women's volleyball program, under head coach
Lauren Havill, received the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award sponsored by INTENT for the 2024-25 academic year. This is the sixth consecutive year for Lees-McRae to receive AVCA academic honors.
Lees-McRae was one of nine Conference Carolinas programs who were recognized to the AVCA Team Academic Award. The Bobcats were one of 158 Division II teams to be honored with the academic award.
Lees-McRae women's volleyball kicks off the fall season on September 5 with matches against Catawba and Lenoir-Rhyne in Hickory, North Carolina.
