Abbey Brosnihan and
Aubrey Tansey registered goals for the Bobcats today as Lees-McRae women's soccer celebrated a 2-0 victory on Homecoming against Emmanuel.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Ezra Carpenter had the first shot on goal for the Bobcats in the first minute as Lees-McRae had multiple opportunities in the first 30 minutes of today's game.
- Brosnihan connected on a goal from the corner kick in the 33rd minute of play. Julie Eskes collected the assist on the goal.
- Lees-McRae carried the momentum into the second half as Tansey added to the lead with a goal in the 85th minute. The Bobcats secured the Conference Carolinas victory, 2-0, on Tate Field.
- Kaitlin Filippo earned the shutout in goal for the Bobcats after making three stops for the 90 minutes.
