BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae College Head Women's Basketball Coach
Lauren Galvani has announced the 2025-26 women's basketball schedule for the upcoming season. The Bobcats will play 28 games this season and host 15 opponents on the McNair & Debi Tornow Court.
Lees-McRae kicks off its campaign on November 14 facing Catawba in a regional crossover in Columbus, Georgia. The Bobcats will then play Tusculum the following day. Lees-McRae concludes November with Bluefield (November 20), Chowan (November 22), and North Greenville (November 25).
In December, the Bobcats host Winston-Salem State on December 1 and Toccoa Falls on December 3. Lees-McRae returns to Conference Carolinas play on December 6 when it faces King and hosts Southern Wesleyan on December 13. The Bobcats round out 2025 with Belmont Abbey on December 16 and welcome Edward Waters to Banner Elk on New Years Eve.
Lees-McRae returns to the court on January 3 when the Bobcats play Francis Marion and welcome Francis Marion on January 7. The Bobcats will then make the trip to Barton on January 10 and face King in Bristol, Tennessee on January 14. Lees-McRae concludes January with contests against Mount Olive (January 17), Erskine (January 19), Warren Wilson (January 21), UNC Pembroke (January 24), Ferrum (January 27), and Shorter (January 31).
In the final month of the regular season, the Bobcats host North Greenville on February 4 and then travel to Young Harris (February 7) and Morris College (February 9). The Bobcats wrap up league play with contests against Emmanuel (February 14), Erskine (February 18), Converse (February 21), and Belmont Abbey (February 25).
The 2025 Conference Carolinas Women's Basketball Championship will begin on March 1 at host sites and then return to Jerry Richardson Indoor Stadium in Spartanburg, South Carolina on March 6.
