Women's Cross Country Begins Season at Converse Kick-Off Classic

SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- Lees-McRae women's cross country kicked off its 2025 season at the Converse Kick-Off Classic on Friday night. Megan Knapp registered a third-place finish for the Bobcats with a time of 19:18.9.

NOTABLES:

• Knapp tallied the third-fastest time of the evening and paced the Bobcats to sixth place overall.
• Campbell Dille turned in a time of 20:04.1 and placed 14th individually. Isabella Kiger finished with a time of 20:54.9 and Ari Redies recorded a time of 21:18.3.
• Kaylee Kraver finished with a time of 22:26.0 as Rebecca Kleiber, Brayden Wilson, and Saige Jones rounded out the times for Lees-McRae.
• North Greenville's Mandi Pollard placed first with a time of 18:50.3 and NGU collected the team title with 50 total points.
