BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae women's basketball collected its seventh consecutive win of the season with the 107-44 win over Warren Wilson this evening on the McNair & Debi Tornow Court.
Charlotte Torgerson led all scorers with 18 points on five three-pointers.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lees-McRae went 40-81 (49.4%) from the field with 11 made three-pointers and 16-19 from the free-throw line. The Bobcats recorded 22 assists on 40 made baskets.
- The Bobcats started the contest on a 14-0 scoring run and led by eight at the end of the first period. The Bobcats registered 30 points in the second quarter and delivered the 107-44 victory over Warren Wilson on the McNair & Debi Tornow Court.
- Torgerson led the Bobcats with 18 points in 22 minutes off the bench. Kaylee Carson and Braelyn Stilwell recorded 16 points apiece. Kirsten Watt and Camryn Lee rounded out the Bobcats in double-digit scoring with 12 and 10 points, respectively. Asia Cairns went 3-4 from the floor with nine points and 1-1 from three-point range.

Lees-McRae women's basketball returns to Conference Carolinas play on Tuesday, January 27 at Ferrum for a 5 p.m tip-off. The game against UNC Pembroke scheduled for Saturday, January 24 has been postponed to Monday, February 16.
