WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Lees-McRae flag football team faced the 2025 NAIA National Finalist Keiser today. The Bobcats fell to No. 2 Keiser, 47-6, in their first of four games in Florida.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Keiser scored the first points of the day at the 2:53 mark of the first quarter and led by 33 at the end of the first half.
- Makenzie Hicks found Natalia Hernández de León for a 30-yard touchdown pass with 5:08 left in the fourth quarter.
- The Seahawks earned their home opener by a final of 47-6.
- Hernández de León led the Bobcats with three receptions and 47 yards. Hicks threw for 78 yards and 11 completions.
- Kennedy Vannoy and Mackenzie Walker collected six tackles apiece on the defensive side. Walker and Jayden Jalbert recorded an interception each in the game.
