Andrea Marrazzo registered his fifth goal of the season as Lees-McRae men's soccer picked up a 1-0 victory over King in a "Battle for the Blue Ridge Cup" match this evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lees-McRae held the majority of possession in the first half and Adam Condron had the first shot on goal for the Bobcats in the 12th minute.
- The Bobcats continued to pressure the backline of the King defense, but Tornado goalkeeper Miles Lett made three saves in the first half.
- Lees-McRae continued to have chances in the second half and Marrazzo delivered the match-winning goal in the 67th minute after a shot attempt from Conor O'Gorman was saved by Lett.
- Lees-McRae had one more chance on goal in the 86th minute via a shot from O'Gorman. The Bobcats held King scoreless the 90 minutes for the 1-0 win in Conference Carolinas play.
- The Bobcats held the 20-4 shots advantage and the 8-2 shots on goal margin. Lees-McRae had 11 corner kicks to King's five.
- Jonathan Kienle kept the Tornado off the scoreboard this evening with two saves and his fifth shutout of the season.
