Riley Huffman collected her first collegiate goal as Lees-McRae women's soccer defeated Converse, 1-0, in Conference Carolinas play on Tuesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Bobcats controlled the majority of the play with a 15-3 shots advantage and 7-1 shots on goal advantage.
- Kylie Gutierrez recorded the first chance on goal for Lees-McRae in the eighth minute and Ezra Carpenter followed in the 12th minute but the score remained tied at 0-0.
- Huffman followed up a shot on goal in the 37th minute and found the back of the net. Addy Geiss earned the assist for the 1-0 lead.
- Lees-McRae continued its dominance in the second half as the Bobcats earned the 1-0 win over Converse on Tuesday night.
- Laura Walker secured her second clean sheet in a row with one save in goal.
