Biography

2018 Season (Senior) - Did not compete in any meets during the 2018 track & field season. 

2016-17 Season (Junior) - Did not appear in any meets as a junior.

2015-16 Season (Sophomore) - As a sophomore, Sewell participated in six different meets...His best finish as a sophomore came at the Winthrop Invitational in the 800m where he placed 10th with a time of 2:13.01...Notched a personal best mark in the mile run with a time of 5:32.64. 

2014-15 Season (Freshman) - Sewell appeared in nine meets during his first season as a Bobcat...Notched a pair of top-6 finishes in relay events...Best individual finish came at the Lenoir-Rhyne Powersox Invitational where he finished 13th in the 800m run...After his first season, Sewell was named to the Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll.
