WILSON, N.C. – Barton scored 11 of their 19 goals in the second quarter to pull ahead of the Lees-McRae men's lacrosse and earned the 19-6 victory on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Spence Combs and Ayden Fraelle each scored a pair of goals for the Bobcats with Fraelle recording an assist also.
- Clay Adams and Ryan Bird found the back of the net for the Bobcats in today's contest.
- Liam Murphy made seven stops in goal for Lees-McRae after Eddie Patterson got the start in between the posts with six saves.
- Kaleb Simpson went 11-20 at the face-off dot and collected a team-high eight ground balls.
- Patterson and Logan Ryan each had one cause turnovers in the game.
- Barton won the battle in ground balls (35-27) and caused six Bobcat turnovers en route to the 19-6 win.
FOR THE BULLDOGS:
- Nick Calleri and Samuel Lord paced the Bulldogs with three goals apiece as 12 players for Barton got a goal in the 19-6 victory.
- Giuseppe Brown earned the start in goal for the Bulldogs and made six saves on the afternoon.
