SPARKS, Md. – Lees-McRae men's lacrosse Senior Attack
Cayden Onagi was named to the USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American Third Team on Tuesday afternoon. Onagi is the first All-American in Lees-McRae men's lacrosse program history.
Onagi, a Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada native, led Division II in points per game with 6.60 points per game and recorded the most goals in school history with 58. Onagi finished his career with 92 total goals, 82 assists, and 174 total points.
Lees-McRae men's lacrosse earned its first trip to the Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Championship after defeating North Greenville, 16-12, in Young Harris, Georgia. The Bobcats concluded the 2026 season with the most wins in school history and received votes in the USA Lacrosse Division II Men's rankings on April 21.
