BANNER ELK, N.C. – The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) announced the 2026 USILA Division II All-South Teams on Tuesday afternoon and three Lees-McRae men's lacrosse student-athletes were recognized by the organization. Cayden Onagi was named to the third-team selection while Connor Costigan and Adam Ross were honorable mention honorees.
After leading the Bobcats in major scoring categories, Onagi received his second all-region honors in the past two weeks. Onagi led Division II in points per game with 6.60 points per game and recorded the most goals in school history with 58. Onagi finished his NCAA career with 92 total goals, 82 assists, and 174 total points.
Costigan and Ross joined Onagi on all-region selections with honorable mention honors. Costigan finished 2026 with 47 caused turnovers and 67 ground balls for the Bobcats. Costigan earned Conference Carolinas Co-Defensive Player of the Year honors. Ross joined Costigan with honorable mention honors after standout season at midfield. Ross earned first-team Conference Carolinas distinction and finished the season with 25 goals, 15 assists, and 40 total points.
