GREENVILLE, S.C. – Lees-McRae women's volleyball was voted ninth in the 2026 Conference Carolinas Women's Volleyball Preseason Poll. Brooke Ashkenase, Iza Rosin, and Peyton Volk-Tuller were named Players to Watch for the upcoming season.
Emmanuel, the 2025 Conference Carolinas Women's Volleyball Championship champion, was voted first with 10 first-place votes. Francis Marion followed with six first-place votes and 215 total points. UNC Pembroke, North Greenville, and Converse were voted third, fourth, and fifth in rankings. Lees-McRae recorded 120 total points for ninth place in the preseason vote.
Lees-McRae women's volleyball opens the season at the Fairmont State Volleyball Classic in Fairmont, West Virginia on Friday, August 28. The Bobcats will face Anderson, East Stroudsburg, Fairmont State, and Bowie State on August 28 and 29.
