J.P. Galloway and
Spence Combs both scored twice, while
Antonio Cruz finished with a game-high 18 saves, but it was not enough as Pfeiffer tallied eight unanswered goals in the second half en route to clinching the 18-7 non-conference win over the Bobcats.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Galloway also tallied an assist, while Brady Ferriter finished with a goal, an assist, and three ground balls.
- Ryan Bird and Jake Emm also scored for the Bobcats, with Bird adding a team-high three caused turnovers.
- Pfeiffer sprinted out of the gates by scoring two goals in the first minute of action, but a buzzer-beating goal by Ferriter off an assist by the Cruz cut the lead to 2-1 at the first intermission.
- After Galloway scored the second Bobcat's goal with 13:14 left in the first half, the Falcons closed the half on a 4-0 run to take a 7-2 halftime lead.
- Lees-McRae scored four of the first five goals to start the second half to cut the lead back to 8-6 with 6:11 left in the frame.
- The Falcons scored the next eight goals unanswered to extend the lead to 16-6 with 11:54 left in the contest.
- Bird scored the final Bobcat's goal, while Pfeiffer scored two final goals of their own to clinch the non-conference win.
- The Falcons held a 36-21 edge in shots-on-goal and won 19 of the 26 faceoffs, while both teams scored a man-up goal.
FOR THE FOES:
- Quinn Becraft finished with five goals to pace the Falcons, while Tucker Hill, Nick Pekins and Tyler Ajemian all tallied three goals and an assist.
- Matt Stocks and James Verdier III combined for 14 saves in net for Pfeiffer
