PENSACOLA, Fla. – Lees-McRae women's volleyball finished up its trip to Florida with a pair of losses to Spring Hill (Ala.) and Wheeling University in three sets.
Julia Emore had 12 combined kills in the two matches on the afternoon with
Sydney Stigler adding nine kills to her season totals.

FOR THE BADGERS:
- Emily Weinzapfel had a match-high 12 kills for the Badgers in the three-set win.
- Jessica Fairly added 21 assists on the match for Spring Hills and five digs.
GAME 2 BASICS
FINAL SCORE: Wheeling def. Lees-McRae, 3-0 (25-9, 25-18, 25-12)

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Bobcats battled back in the second set with a hitting percentage of .276 after 12 kills on 29 total attempts.
- Emore had seven kills and nine assists in the final match of the Springhill Suites Invitational for the Bobcats.
- Annalaine Tew followed with six kills and a hitting percentage of .214.
- Holley and Stigler chipped in five and four kills respectively for Lees-McRae.
FOR THE CARDINALS:
- Tylah Yeomans led the Cardinals with 15 kills and a hitting percentage of .560 as Allonda Watkins added 11 kills to her season totals.
- Karly Niesen started Wheeling's offense with 33 assists and eight digs on the defensive front.
