Spence Combs netted two goals in today's non-conference contest with Lewis as Lees-McRae men's lacrosse dropped the game by a final of 15-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Combs scored his sixth and seventh goals of the season for the Bobcats as Lees-McRae cut the deficit to four goals with 1:36 remaining in the first quarter.
- The Flyers recorded nine unanswered in the remaining 37:50 of today's game with Lewis picking up the 15-2 win on Tate Field.
- Kaleb Simpson picked up the sixth-most ground balls in a single game for Lees-McRae this afternoon with 10 ground balls after going 14-20 from the face-off circle.
- Logan Ryan had three caused turnovers and collected five ground balls for the Bobcats and Liam Murphy stopped 14 shots on the afternoon in goal for Lees-McRae.
FOR THE FLYERS:
- Zach Buddelmeyer and Evan Clement tallied hat tricks for the Flyers with Clement recording four ground balls and two caused turnovers.
- Kevin Blaz also had a multi-goal game for Lewis with two goals and Domenic Tarello added three ground balls in the win.
- Cade Donahue earned the win in goal for Lewis while making two saves and Josh Calvin made seven stops in the cage for the Flyers after replacing Donahue in the second half.
