Garvin Johnson and
Adam Ross recorded hat tricks in today's 23-10 loss to Florida Tech on the campus of Wingate University.
Cole Morris registered two goals for Lees-McRae men's lacrosse.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Florida Tech jumped out to a 3-0 lead before Johnson gave the Bobcats their first goal on a man-up opportunity. Lees-McRae got within one goal after a goal from Kaleb Parkhurst at the 9:37 mark of the first quarter.
- The Panthers answered with a goal at the 7:53 mark of the first and then used an 8-0 scoring run to lead 13-4. Florida Tech won 23-10 at Irwin Belk Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
- Johnson had a team-high five points (3 goals, 2 assists) and Ross followed with three goals. Morris picked up two goals. Parkhurst and Spence Combs also had multiple points on the day.
- Jackson Bruce made eight stops in goal for Lees-McRae and Eddie Patterson made three saves in the start.
- Jack Cornwell, Derek Duplechin, and Alex Zarsky all had three goals in today's win for Florida Tech. Four Panthers had two goals each in the contest.
